    Generally, the place was lavish and had best staff from the cleaners to the management. The location of the hotel was marvellous, ready to help on everything. Cafe Ottoman's Coffee located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Overall it was well-maintained and brand-new with classic touch.

    It made my trip to Jakarta a really enjoyable experience. Everything was really good from the staff to the room, big bed and brand-new room. I had tasty food for breakfast with so many options. Location: the hotel was near the mosque and the restaurants and the business district.

    The location feels a bit isolated. There's a mosque nearby, and the calls to prayer can be quite loud. You'll appreciate the earplugs they provide. I found the overall ambiance lacking the lively Four Seasons vibe expected from the brand.

    The executive king suite felt luxurious with spacious layouts and cozy decor. The rooftop pool offered fine views and the perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious, though encountering slow service during peak hours brought some frustration. Staff friendliness impressed me. They were always ready to help. My only downside was missing out on the cocktail bar, closed for a private event. That took away from the full experience. I appreciated the attention to detail in the suite and overall cleanliness of the hotel rooms. Would recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere, but hope they improve service speed during busy times. Still, a lovely stay overall!
